FIVE ON FRIDAY

I have a love/hate feeling about knitting, I have little patience so if it doesn't work first time… Well I'm not a happy bunny…

Eating out is a favourite pastime, I don't need a fancy restaurant just somewhere with that special something… Bill's in Exeter was a new find, great ambiance, music and best of all friendly welcoming staff.

My obsession with Iphoneograpy continues …. Most of my photos this week have been taken with my iphone I haven't felt like getting out and about.. So more playing around with delicious apps.

I always listen to music when I'm on Photoshop doodling, favourite listens at the moment are :-

Bob Dylan ~~ Modern Times still love that voice.

The Gypsy Queens such happy music

Loreena McKennitt ~~~ anything but The Book of Secrets is amazing

Maddy Prior and the Carnival Band The best Christmas album ever.....

I have been playing with Kim's tag template and have had a lot of fun, Kim , I to love tags........

Elements from Lori Davison, Maya de Groot

Finally, I love my Facebook groupies I hope our group continues next year with maybe a photo a day on Flickr or a photo a week...

  6. Fun post! I spent a good part of the day playing with Kim's template as well. And I'd already made all my tags. But it was too much fun to pass up. I think I'm going to buy a small tree for my back porch and put the tags on it. You may have just pushed me over the edge with some of your terrific ideas!

  9. Viv - where do I even begin...I have a hate/hate relationship with knitting, but my daughter can do it, not sure if she has the patience though either since she always pulls everything apart that she makes :) I totally agree about the restaurant atmosphere, I love quiet little nooks for two :) Love the selfie! I don't usually listen to music at home, but I do enjoy it in the car, especially when I am going out to shoot. LOVE the tags. I can't wait for Beyond Beyond to start so I can join in the fun :) Our Facebook group is the best, they have been a true blessing to me this year. Have a wonderful weekend.

  10. I agree wth knitting. Tried more times then I can count..always a failure. My sister is a beautful knitter but I got her on the quilting home front. Wonderful music choice and the tags rock.

  11. I don't have the patience to knit - when I was little I used to sit and crochet with my great grandma on a Saturday afternoon -we made a huge blanket. I prefer to sew.
